RLM and Associates was founded in 1986  in Houston, Texas.  Our roots in the Surplus Salvage Industry led to the development of very successful sales and marketing techniques which, coupled with expert negotiation skills, proved extremely effective for our clients.  Since 1986 RLM has transacted worldwide brokerage of assets and is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and Texas Insurance Board.  We are sales and marketing experts who strive  to professionally and ethically fill the needs of our clients in the acquisition or liquidation of a various assets.

The company was founded by Ronnie L Miranda who remains a principal in the firm.  Mr. Miranda attended the University of Houston and received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and later went on to receive his MBA in Real Estate Development.  Mr. Miranda is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and is also licensed by the Texas Insurance Board. Actively involved in personal development, he is devoted to helping other achieve more from their lives. Mr. Miranda and his fiancée, Terese, are members of Grace Presbyterian Church and Royal Oaks Country Club.
